Case Study
A not for profit organization desperately needed a quick fix of funds. After review of its operations we advised it would take at least 12 months to begin to obtain sponsorship, but that they first had to re-group to provide another layer of credibility in the eyes of the potential sponsors. They agreed and it took 12 months to re-structure and obtain associated partners. At this writing the organization is short listed for six major grants.
We gave no ‘hot air’ but rather pragmatic realistic advice even though the client wanted the sponsorship “now”. We act as the organisation’s outsourced marketing department.
